Text : 1 John 2:6

“Anyone who claims to be intimate with God ought to live the same kind of life Jesus lived.” – MSG

If you’re the new creation, in Christ…faith is a must!

Just like money is the purchasing power for every man in this natural world…

Faith to the believer, is the purchasing power in the spirit realm…(the world of “in Christ)…where God, our Father, has blessed us with “every spiritual blessing” :

“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ:” ASV

That’s why faith is a must, if you must live in the reality of the new and wealthy life in Christ.

Like I always say…Just like you can recognize a man who has money in this world by his wealthy and comfortable lifestyle…

Even so, it is that easy to know a Christian who is using his/her faith : no struggles, no lack, no sickness, no calamities, no stories of woe, etc…I tell you!

“…in Christ” is a spiritual world (a world of divine realities only) into which you’re instantly born when you confess the Lordship of Jesus…according to Romans 10:8-10…You don’t “buy” things with money there…you “buy” with faith.

See Isaiah 55:1…

“Ho, every one that thirsteth, come ye to the waters (the Word and the Spirit)

and he that hath no money;

come ye, buy, and eat;

yea, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price.”

Did you see that? That’s a call to a life of faith! Those who walk with God, who live and walk in the spirit, must live and walk by faith! There’s no other way.

All through scriptures, we see God trying to teach us the lifestyle of faith.

☆The world had never seen rain before; but God comes to Noah and tells him to build an ark and take his family into it for safety; because he was going to destroy the world with rain (in a flood dimension )…

And Noah went on ahead and did exactly as God told him, despising all the mockery from people who didn’t hear what he heard from God! Read Genesis 7:4-5; 11-12; 22-23.

☆ Moses and millions of the children of Israel stood between Pharaoh’s army and the Red Sea ( numb with fear ); and God simply said to Moses,

“… speak unto the children of Israel, that they go forward…But lift up thy rod, and stretch out thine hand over the sea and divide it… ” -Read Exodus 14:15-16.

Moses did exactly what God told him to do, and the rest was history, that we’re still reading about today!

Now, look at faith in action….

” And Moses stretched out his hand over the sea; and the Lord caused the sea to go back by a strong wind… and made the sea dry land, and the waters were divided… “

⁃ Exodus 14: 21 -22.

You see, God will always respond to faith any day, anywhere, anytime! Yes!

Faith is doing whatever you do based on what God says…that is, acting on/with God’s Word…

That means, to operate in/with faith you must always know what God says…You must “let the word of Christ dwell in you richly”…

That is, let the accurate, exact and complete knowledge of the realities of the New Covenant (which came into effect after the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ) dwell in you richly -Colossians 3:16.

Faith is thinking, talking and behaving the Word…It is diligent and committed Word practice…in spite of prevailing circumstances, or what you see or hear.

Faith is having enough confidence in God’s Word to base your choices and decisions on it…without any plan B…without any thought of, “What if it doesn’t work?” Read James 1:5-8.

Faith, is a lifestyle required of everyone in Christ…no exception, no excuse, no double standard!

If you’re in Christ, friend, you have faith – the same kind of faith Jesus used to operate when he lived here on earth (the God kind of faith)- Mark 9:22.

Paul called it the faith of the Son of God (Jesus Christ) :

“I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.” – Galatians 2:20.

What I’m doing here is showing you what that faith can do…and challenging you to use it to live in this world as Jesus lived…

And you will surely enjoy a life of daily victories, success and glory in all areas of your life…Enjoying the vital realities of the finished work of Jesus all through life! Alleluia!

Text:Micah 6:1

“Hear ye now what the Lord saith;

Arise, contend thou before the mountains,

and let the hills hear thy voice.”

Wow! Mountains have ears! And their only doom is your voice…Isn’t that so wonderful?

Mountains are removed by your words…not your prayers…”And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.”

Read also:Mark 11:23; Matthew 17:20.

Every appearance, or manifestation of evil can be handled by your words.

Every demonic presence or manifestation can be handled by your speaking…

~Jesus said to the storm, “Peace be still!”

~He said to the demon of epilepsy in that boy, “Come out of him!”

~He said to the woman that had been bound by the spirit of arthritis for 18 years, “Woman, thou art loosed from thine infirmity!” And that was it.

You are to say something to that mountain (challenge, problem, affliction, situation, issue)…not pray to God about it…or talk about it to anyone that would listen…not murmur or complain about it. No!

Yes, mountains have ears! And until you speak, they remain mountains before you…But once they hear your command (not your whining), they become planes…faster than it took them to become mountains. Yes!

God’s prescription for dealing with any and every mountain is nothing else but, “Whosoever shall say to this mountain…”

And what you’re saying to the mountain must be from a heart that believes that your words have the power to move it…and that there’s no way you won’t have what you have said.

That tells us that the mountain can recognize a voice of authority…because that’s the only thing it bows to.

So your words must be sure…you’re not guessing: “Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea!”

And you go your way, knowing that by the time you return, it has happened as you commanded…”Master, behold, the fig tree which thou cursedst is withered away!”, Peter marveled.

Why not? When faith speaks, everyone can see the result. Yes!

From now on, no challenge, no problem, no issue or situation will be able to mock you Jesus name!

Now, begin to say something to that mountain…

Text: 2 Chronicles 27:6

So Jotham became mighty, because he prepared his ways before the Lord his God.”

You don’t wait to get married, to create the kind of marriage you want.

You begin to create it, so when you enter into the marriage, you’re enjoying the world you have already created.

Determine to build a great marital destiny to the name of the Lord(not to please your father or your mother, or your tradition or your culture).

You have to take personal responsibility to create your own marital destiny.

My prayer for you is that, the marital destiny which you will build will be great, and it will be for the Lord your God. For our God is greater than all gods. Alleluia!

SCHOOL OF MINISTRY with Dr Ada Ezeka (6)

Text : Isaiah 40:2

“Speak ye comfortably to Jerusalem, and cry unto her,

that her warfare is accomplished,

that her iniquity is pardoned:

for she hath received of the Lord’s hand double for all her sins.”

It’s a great privilege and honor to be appointed and sent by God (as a Minister) to feed and grow and perfect his people with, especially, words.

As Ministers, we represent God (not ourselves, country, race, culture or social status) before the people he sent or sends us to…

So we have to be conscious of the fact that he should be the one that speaks through us. Jesus said in John 14:10 :

“…the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works….”

And in John 12:21, he said :

“…as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you.”

We read in 2 Chronicles 32:6,

“And he set captains of war over the people, and gathered them together to him…and spake comfortably to them, saying…”

Don’t speak the people’s problems, faults, mistakes, or inadequacies to them!

Don’t speak to them with your mind on the challenges they’re going through!

Don’t speak what is going on in the society or the world to God’s people…you will make their hearts fear!

Don’t bring bad news from the news, or the newspapers to the people…People are at different levels of spiritual understanding and maturity!

Rather, “speak comfortably” to the people…Isaiah 50:4 says:

“The Lord God hath given me the tongue of the learned,

that I should know how to speak a word in season to him that is weary…”

>Speaking comfortably to God’s people is simply speaking scriptural realities to them…It is called, “the comfort of scriptures”…

Let’s see Romans 15:4:

“For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope.”

It is speaking to them what God has said concerning them, and whatever challenge they’re passing through…

>It is speaking God’s mind, thoughts and ways concerning matters…Isaiah 55:8-11: Jeremiah 29:11.

> It is speaking messages from God…with God’s own very words to the people…Like we see in the valley of dry bones in Ezekiel 37:1-10…Ezekiel said,

“So I prophesied as I was commanded…”

God was telling his prophet in Ezekiel 3:4,

“And he said unto me, Son of man, go, get thee unto the house of Israel, and speak with my words unto them.”

Did you see that? Only God’s Word can minister God’s desire, and what his people need from him to them…

You May think you know what they need…they may even think they know what they need, but only their Heavenly Father knows exactly what they need at any moment…

>Speaking comfortably to God’s people is speaking “the comfort of the Holy Ghost” – Acts 9:31…

That is, being sensitive to the Holy Spirit I (the Comforter himself) in you, always, for the words and unction with which to speak to them…words that he will receive from the Father -John 16:13-14…for he knows the things that are in the heart of God for each of them…

Paul said 1 Corinthians 2:13,

“When we tell you these things, we do not use words that come from human wisdom. Instead, we speak words given to us by the Spirit, using the Spirit’s words to explain spiritual truths.” Alleluia!

>Speaking comfortably to God’s people is speaking to them with the legal realities of the finished work of Jesus…

That is why a full personal, accurate, complete and exact knowledge of these New Testament realities must be your daily hunger…Otherwise I’m very sorry for the people you’re teaching, preaching and ministering to!

Note what God said to his prophet to do before going to speak to the people he was sending him to…

“Moreover he said unto me, Son of man, eat that thou findest; eat this roll, and go speak unto the house of Israel…

So I opened my mouth, and he caused me to eat that roll. And he said unto me, Son of man, cause thy belly to eat, and fill thy bowels with this roll that I give thee.

Then did I eat it; and it was in my mouth as honey for sweetness.”

That’s why spending time with God in meditations, intense, diligent Word study, fin fasting soften, prayer, worship and thanksgiving is more important in Ministry than anything else…no matter how urgent and seemingly important that thing might be.

I pray that God multiplies grace and the supply of the Spirit of Jesus Christ to you …in Jesus name!

Stay committed, focused on the job…and stay loyal to the one who has called you…your reward is sure…though it tarries, wait for it, it will surely come, I tell you! Peace!

God’s Word says:

“Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil…” Isaiah 5:20

And look at what Proverbs 18:22 says:

“Find a good spouse, you find a good life – and even more: the favor of God!”

Husband, do you now understand what you’re doing to yourself when you look at your wife and call her names…Or even think of her as anything else but “a good wife” (no matter what you see in her, or hear about her )?

And right there in Isaiah 5:20, we see that you bring a “woe” upon yourself when you look at what God has confirmed as “good” and call it evil.

Husband, when next you want to look at your wife, ask God to borrow you his eyes…

When next you want to evaluate your wife, ask God to borrow you some sense…

What I’m I saying?

Never again give room to the devil in your head (or in your heart) to corrupt or pervert your vision of your wife, okay?

And by the way, if you’re a wife reading this, the same goes for you…

By all means, we must take sides with God to enjoy our marriages…in Jesus name!

Text: Hosea 14:5

” I will be like rain unto Israel and she shall grow… “

The essence of rain is to make water available for growth, fruitfulness, increase, etc.

Where there is no rain there will never be growth, freshness, fruitfulness and harvest. It is rain falling on seeds sown that makes them grow and bring forth harvest.

I sincerely believe that the time between seedtime and harvest time is “raintime”…If no rain comes on any seed sown there will never be any harvest.

This is also true for our spiritual life in Christ…Your recreated new spirit…is God’s earth in which he has planted the seeds of a good life, success, wealth, health, peace, joy, etc…

~Philemon 1:6 says: every good thing that is in Christ is in you (your spirit)…

~Colossians 2:9 : all of God is in you…

~Colossians 2:3 says: in you dwells all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge…

~Romans 5:17 says: abundance of grace is in you…

All these (and more) are seeds that God has planted in your recreated spirit.

And of course, the rain God is talking about (that must keep falling upon your spirit) is the rain of his Word, and the rain of the Holy Spirit…He said so in Isaiah 55:10-11:

“For as the rain cometh down,

and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither,

but watereth the earth,

and maketh it bring forth and bud,

that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater:

So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth:

it shall not return unto me void,

but it shall accomplish that which I please,

and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.”

Isaiah 32:15 says:

“Until the spirit be poured upon us from on high,

and the wilderness be a fruitful field,

and the fruitful field be counted for a forest.”

In Ephesians 4:18-20 we read:

“Do not be drunk with wine. That will ruin you spiritually. But be filled with the Spirit. Speak to each other with psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs. Sing and make music in your hearts to the Lord. Always give thanks to God the Father for everything, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.” ICB

Please, study the following scriptures…and see the power of the Word and the Holy Spirit in your life in a rain dimension:

*Hebrews 6:7

*Ezekiel 31:3-9

*Joel 2:21-24

*Zechariah 10:1

*Hosea 14:5-8

*Ephesians 5:25-29

You must keep the rain of the Word and the Spirit falling in your life. How?

Study, meditate the Word…fast…pray (without ceasing! )…especially praying in tongues.

Receive grace now…in Jesus name!

You see, dad, mom…

It’s your responsibility and privilege to launch your children into the future – fully equipped and empowered to fulfil divine purpose…Not just to get a well paid job. I tell you!

Life is not all about making money to live a comfortable life…It’s about impact…It’s about influence…It’s about serving your generation…Read Acts 13:36.

There is a quality of life God expects you to live (in your marriage) after wedding…

What will guarantee that life is knowledge.

Many marriages lack color…and are out of order, because the husband and wife lack the knowledge of the will of God concerning the marriage.

Knowledge is a personal responsibility. Just like nobody can eat, or go to toilet on your behalf, nobody can know for you.

Those who remain babes, boys and girls in their marriages, will not only suffer…but will never enjoy the blessings, riches and joy that marriage offers!

LIKE AND SAY, “I will go for knowledge!”

Your heart powers your life, you know?

You will hear things o! Including gossip about yourself, your husband/wife or someone else. Yes!

But it’s your personal responsibility to choose what to believe.

However, thank God for the Word of God! God’s Word is the final and God’s opinion concerning anyone or any thing. It’s the most reliable intel for decision-making anytime.

So, whatever you hear that does not agree with God’s Word is a lie from the pit of hell. Once you accept or give it the slightest attention, it pollutes your heart!

So be sober, be vigilant; because it’s usually a very subtle strategy of the devil to corner you into a place of disadvantage… so that he can make you a victim….

Now, can I tell you one hard truth?

Anyone that comes to tell you any unsavory “news” about your wife/husband, or about what somebody said about you DOES NOT LOVE YOU AT ALL! Period!

Text: Acts 3:6

“Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk.”

God once told me, “God once said to me,

“Such as you have is always good enough…You never can tell how far it will go.”

Beloved, never let the devil tell you that what you have is not enough to give…or to do what you need to do…or to start what you want to start.

That widow went crying to Elisha the prophet for help to redeem her sons…And Elisha asked her what she had that he can use as a point of contact for more-than-enough of what she needed…She said,

“Thine handmaid hath not any thing in the house, save a pot of oil.”

God was sending Moses to deliver the children of Israel from their many years of Egyptian bondage and slavery…And Moses was bothered that they might not believe him…And God asked him,

“And the Lord said unto him, What is that in thine hand? And he said, A rod. And he said, Cast it on the ground.”

If you allow the devil to convince you that what you have is worth nothing, or is too small, or not enough to give, to invest, or to do what you want to do…You have allowed him to rob you of an opportunity to provoke a harvest of more than that thing you have.

At least, what you have is your own to do as occasion serves you…But what you don’t have cannot become yours, if you don’t take a chance with what you have…

When Peter had enough confidence in the potency of such as he had, it answered to him, and changed the life of a 40 year-old man who had been born lame:

“And he leaping up stood, and walked, and entered with them into the temple, walking, and leaping, and praising God. And all the people saw him walking and praising God…” -Acts 3:6-8.

When the widow obeyed the Prophet’s instruction on what to do with what she had, she ended up with multiplied dimension of it – enough to solve her problem herself, and to live on for always…

Look at it:

“So she went from him, and shut the door upon her and upon her sons, who brought the vessels to her; and she poured out. And it came to pass, when the vessels were full, that she said unto her son, Bring me yet a vessel. And he said unto her, There is not a vessel more. And the oil stayed. Then she came and told the man of God. And he said, Go, sell the oil, and pay thy debt, and live thou and thy children of the rest.” – 2 Kings 4:5-7.

When Moses did what God told him to do with a mere shepherd’s in his hand, he got a result that boosted his confidence in the seemingly impossible mission God was sending him to accomplish for him:

“And he cast it on the ground, and it became a serpent; and Moses fled from before it. And the Lord said unto Moses, Put forth thine hand, and take it by the tail. And he put forth his hand, and caught it, and it became a rod in his hand: That they may believe that the Lord God of their fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, hath appeared unto thee.” – Exodus 4:3-5.

I tell you, truly, you can never tell how far a small thing can go…or how big small can become…or how plenty few can become, until you do something wise and profitable with it! Yes.

May the Lord give you understanding…

May your mentality be converted…in Jesus precious name!
